I’m in the Masai Mara National Reserve on the Mara Triangle side. This shot was taken up on the plateau just up from the Mara River, I was in amongst a very spread out herd of elephants, which meant you had to be very aware of what was behind you. I love this shot because it shows the fragility of a baby elephant and how daunting it must be have big adult elephants around you, the shot really gives you the feeling that you are right there with the baby elephant.
