This was after a beautiful afternoon spent photographing elephants in Amboseli National Park. Just as the sun had gone down these three elephants started making their way to cross the dead lake. I remember thinking where are you going and what’s at your destination and why so late in the day? But I left them knowing that Mama Tembo had everything under control.
